We ship all poster, art prints, photography, and like products in tubes. Apparel comes in a thin box unless multiple products are ordered. Sometimes we'll carry oddly shaped objects, which we develop unique packaging solutions. Basically, we take great care in making sure the product reaches you in as good of quality as it left the store in.

If the product is damaged during shipping, it's immediately replaced. Just send us a picture. We work on a case by case basis for returns other than that, so just shoot us an email and we'll work with you to make it right.
We use Paypal Express, which accepts virtually any credit card or Paypal account. We do not accept checks or cash, unless they are received in person (i.e.: you purchase a print from us that does not come from the online store).
13 Spade is intended to be a place where talented people can have a spot online to share their art with the world and sell it. It started a bit differently, and you can read about that on our About page.
